American Invsco Rolls Out Red Carpet for Sterling Opportunity

Realty & Building
May 2001

Once again, American Invsco treated 500 or so of their closest friends, customers, and VIP's to an evening filled with food, surprises, and, of course, condominium buying. The Fairmont Hotel was the site for the March 21 unveiling of The Sterling Private Residences, a luxury riverfront condominium located at 345 N. LaSalle Blvd. Guests enjoyed such delicacies as portobello crostini and miniature Beef Wellington while testing their American Invsco IQ's with a slide show of Invsco and Chicago trivia questions.
When the show was ready to begin, ushers directed attendees to silver bedecked chairs, after first presenting them with perfectly replicated Hershey bars, bearing the words, "Sterling Private Residences." Munching the chocolates and contemplating the virtues of plain versus almond, guests quickly came to attention when Invsco President of Sales and Field Operations, Nicholas V. Gouletas, arrived at the podium. The exciting 5-minute video featured powerful vignettes of

The Sterling's River North neighborhood and a high-tech room build showcasing one of the highrise units. The home's curved wall of windows offered spectacular 360 degree river and city views, while the open kitchen layout made for easy living. Given star treatment as well, were The Sterling's hardworking construction crew. Through their tireless labors, "each man, each day," surely contributed to the "towering curves of concrete and glass," rising upwards in "50 stories of sheer drama."
President of New Construction, Steven Gouletas, and Sterling Executive Sales Manager, Sharon Rizzo, elaborated on the Sterling lifestyle alongside a stunning slide show by award winning photographer, Wayne Cable. Of special note were the private "hidden balconies," and extensive amenities located on the 14th floor pool and tennis terrace. Guests were then treated to the cutting of a 5- foot model of The Sterling, presented in the form of a luscious chocolate cake with raspberry filling and marzipan frosting. Of course, no American Invsco gathering would be complete without giving partygoers the opportunity to expand their real estate portfolios. Encouraged by Nick Gouletas to "secure their place in the sky," attendees were happy to comply, choosing from a wide range of homes at under-construction prices. Quipped Gouletas, "They're a better deal than a super-sized Coke and a jumbo box of popcorn."
The Sterling Private Residences offers in-town, Jr. 1-bedroom, deluxe 1-bedroom, 2- and 3-bedroom floorplans with pricing beginning in the $160,000's.
